My guts says first we test highs or create a new high before any bear action.. as dxy needs to test or create a low… its just retracing a bit based on yesterday move..

Long term GBP/USD might hit parity 1.0000. (Bold guess I know, but due in 2023/2024). Recession will make people move into safe haven assets like jpy, chf and usd. Also price volume indicates a minor downfall on two year data chart (red line down to green line). Dump it gentlemen

I have a UJ Sell on now. It's a bit strange to enter before Uncle Frankie gets here, and for that reason I will leave TP open for now, but I will protect trade early

My thought process is like this at the moment, since large ranges welcomes small ranges, being Friday, may stay inside daily bar or may complete the weekly range going higher, or at-least tag the mid level of daily imbalance if wanna drop.

I have protected the trade and made TP +40. The reason is that USDX should reach the days low about there, with a little luck, and, that will more than cover my weekly target. I may TP early if Uncle Frankie looks to be silly with me

Yes 1.2280 is also a possible scenario from daily range perspective... Friday is usually aggressive.

Yesterday's range was 157 pips, last week Friday was 257 pips... This means the average expected range for today is around 130 - 150 pips... minimum can be trimmed down to 100 pips

Simulations
1.2175 + 100 pips = 1.2275
1.2175 + 130 pips = 1.2305
1.2175 + 150 pips = 1.2325

All is assuming 1.2175 holds....
