...didn't have to wait long, nice bounce there . Funny enough only 1min and 3min extreme o/s and o/s respectively there for me. Retail stops from the long positions up to current dly hi will be toast now! Those pesky MM's!

...those prev 4hr/minor dly sw hi zones = prev res = pot rbs on dly extend down to circa 2057, and on 4hr, circa 2065. 2088 the current dly lo.

Back to hindsight talk. Now, I think that CPI and job claims trade was probably completed. Pushing price up 150 pips and again, down 150 pips in two hours. Not bad. London is going home in 45 minutes. Sun is about to set in the City. We'll see if they do a buy on dollar before walking down those alleyways into winter darkness.

While we wait for Biden.... here's the chart I use tracking price action. Very simple really. Nothing crazy on it. Just Fib and two SMAs: 50- and 200- period. With this price keeps getting rejected by the 50-SMA on weekly (thin line), I'll amplify my bearish sentiment along the way. You can compare it with Euro chart, to see how they both differ, at this point in time. Ignore the RSI, it's just there for decor.

It takes some practice but I just showed you its more than possible. If you side step all the news then you miss the biggest moves. You just need to think like them.

It's quite rare to get a clean 100 pip move like that, if you're trading prop with 70 + lots then that can be you done for the week/month

Yup… i sense more ranging now. The bounce up by 50 pips tells me we could be in an area of 12130-12190 for the time being

...might see some 5min bearish hidden div develop but it would have to be below 2214 if it does...not an optimum play if it does as no real next higher t/f (30min) downtrend to enter after such a pullback. 50% of the drop now reached @ current p/back hi.
