I suggest looking at an EMA14 and a bar close across it as a signal to evaluate your entry criteria for possible entry during the next bar.
This NOT looking for reversals near the swing high/low!

Great educational post and very well explained.
But i still got question which i always asked myself and not yet got an accurate answer and in hope that may be someone knowledgeable and more experienced could finally answer my question one day, is how the banks (particularly central banks) will add liquidity to the market at a particular price to move it to the where they want it, is whether by orders like we open on the market or through currency options?

"Liquidy" is only pools of orders resting above and below highs and lows.
Lets say market forms a high at a level that you think is a good price to sell, so you place a sell order at market and order is filled.
You already learned that you should use stops (you should!), so you place a stop above your entrie.

This "Stop" is a Buystop order to your Sell order.
When you sell something you must buy it back (and the other way around) and with placing "Stops" and "Targets" you place the corresponding orders to your Entrie Order (Buystops and Sellstops)
You learned where to place that stop (above the high that you sold). This Buystop order now sits in a massive pool of all the other market participants who see and do the same thing as you.
This pool of Buystop orders is "Buyside Liquidity". Remember, you sold and someone holds the other side of that trade. (no it's not your "evil marketmaker broker").
The really large entitie that holds the other side of these trades are the Liquidty providers (the really large banks). They don't need to work with stops and they can sustain massive drawdown because they have unlimited recourses and they know price will return (and overshoot) to these levels.
Buyside Liquidity will get taken out before the market moves down again.

There is always Buyside and Sellside to both sides of price, forming around significant levels intraday (Internal Liquidity) and intraweek/month/year (external Liquidity)
The soul purpose of a market is to FILL ORDERS. To do that, price draws to Liquidity pools. Buystops and Sellstops....
Schoolbooks tell you to trade things like Doubletops/bottoms, Trendlines, Support/Resistance. Naturaly Buyside/Sellside sits there and waits to get taken out.
The "evil banks" and "evil marketmakers" see the same thing as you do, the same levels, nobody has advanced market knowledge, they just trade accordingly and because they have unlimited money they can do things that we can not, like sustain massive drawdown and carrie immense risk with no concerns...
Be aware that "Liquidity" does not move the market. It only provides the fuel to allow the algorythm to do what it does. (price higher/lower/hold)
Only the algorythm does and how it does it nobody knows. All that's plain to see is Liquidity building up, getting wiped, and price moves to the next Levels when it's set to do so.

The Central Banks: are a conglomerate of the same big institutions. The FED, the ECB.. all the same people who own everything...
They need to somehow keep the balance between everything and it's a fine line to prevent the world from burning I guess.
How they really operate behind the smokescreens, I don't know. Nobody does.
The only thing the "owners" never do is lose, that's for sure.

May I recommend: study ICT. There is a lot of truth within all of his ramblings, especialy his older material from 2017 (Market Maker Primer).
Stay on the higher timeframes. Yes it takes a lot of patience but the Levels and setups are more clear and easy to see.
"Scalping Liquidity" (Trading "Stopruns") intraday involves a lot of "trade against bias" and requires a lot of skill and (in my case) recklessness and a total disregard for profits/losses. Rather try to keep things a bit more sane. Price is fractal and the moves are all the same on every timeframe, just less "noise" the higher the timeframes...
It really takes a long time and dedication. <- that's the "Holy grail" btw.
Results will come, don't worrie about it.

It should, also news should help later. It must go up again. It will. That's why I opened only 0.07 lots. I was tired of extreme scalping (i don't have useless money for it right now) so I just opened smaller position AGAINST the majority that does sell gbpusd. Price will push higher because of this. Majority is always against trend.

So for now I'm kinda calm. I need to get rid of this fomo or fear of losing to be precise. It's just drawdown. Screw it. I will not close my position just because it's falling now. I was kinda expecting fall a bit but I'm trading on phone so my view is not "great".

Well let's see. Mostly I wouldn't be surprised if it touch your sl and then reverses. It's working like that most of the time.

Try this at home guys. (On demo acc lol) open simple 1 lot or whatever. Then just wait. No sl or tp. After you run out of money, price will magically go your way. It worked so far 100% when I tried it. Cca 8 times already.
