Hi all, i was really doing fine with buying the shit out of GU... But later in NY.. i was watching thread... Almost all the pro traders here were having a sell confluence... And there i made mistake... switched to short... Gave back my hard earned total profits in floating... Hopefully get out at retrace in following week as i am averaging out with small lots... And if it is being a flat correction than i will have to hedge or close in loss..
One should always trade his own system and only use this thread to learn.. and avoid deviating from own plan over anyones confluence because everybody here has different strategy and different rules...
And thankyou all the pros here because i constantly learn from all of you and clearly this was my own mistake..

Not even .01% of bank ...240 pips is nothing posted wins more than that over last 2 days just on GU, but will wait hedge and average it out ...patience always wins I'm in no hurry.....

never follow any of the pros. Trade your own plan. Hopefully you learned from mistake!

with 14% yearly inflation in UK.

how far will you go at that pace? can you explain?

Strong buy moment came due to the news. If you were already long at that moment why would you change your position.

Not sure what you want me to explain, don't take results over the last two days as my average for the whole year, my profit or lost varys dramatically every single day, also I trade many pairs and indices, I've posted many live trades on this thread and my other thread, maybe check them out if you are that interested ...ps good call but even you must admit that you are not right all of the time....or are you

I made 126 pips yesterday. I am on ABook, dealt very personally but now i have the market on my side and this they cannot beat and it is still not easy.

Abook: do not have a reference number for each trade like you guys. My freinds at same broker as me do have the number and it is just the same at different brokers. I thought i could get away opening other account elsewhere but i must be tracked by my passport number

There are many experienced traders here with their own strategy that might or might not work with yours.
Some also do not post and update real time.

Best is to stick to own strategy. and keeping open mind to other people's opinions like what you have been practicing.

but that is a swing from more long positions opened earlier in the week which means the bearish cycle may have finished for time being.
