You were right about Yen. I just got confirmations on all pairs that they are going up against Yen today. Bigger retracement is in play I guess, due to that big fall that happened after BoJ.

Yeah it might well do, Moty pointed it out earlier making a hi above y/day's hi....not always a good correlation though! Re y/day's gbpusd dly bearish thrust candle - the probability based on a multi year big sample of these on that t/f on this pairing in that situation going on to see a downside follow thru is 61%....it's higher in a well-established next higher t/f (+) trend, after a pullback.

Good Day All,

Any thoughts on today's NFP? Dare I say it? I think NFP data will surprisingly benefit risk assets today, with that momentum continuing until end February, let's wait and see how this one goes down.

My technical analysis points to USDCHF and USDCAD drifting lower until end February, and then taking back control for the second quarter. USDJPY will be the outsider i.m.o as it will continue to run with the other Yen pairs.
