GU's long positive is a miraculous return? After cutting losses
still going up. But well, it's a study fee.
The M5 and M15 scales are too small, so I think the correct answer is to start with DrDave's D1.

I didn't cut losses at the bottom of the chart because I felt it would come back with a retrace.

I Agree with what has been said but there is something have come to understand and that is....

1) That has long as you have a good trading system with an edge either based on an indicator or PA then at a certain time your entries will win
while some other traders entries will lose, sometimes the market will favor some and not some what will make the difference in profitability is risk and money
management.

2) Wins and losses are shared equally to different kind of traders ( profitable traders).

Anyway, have another trade open on USD/JPY (Short).. Hourly..

G/M, nice recovery off y/days / the current wkly lo after a > 30day adr move down, that lo in that prev 1hr/4hr/dly sw lo zone that extends down to 1899....a big bullish dly candle shaping up so far today after the continued leg-up after the pullback....5min bullish hidden div at the last p/back lo, finding fresh support in that prev 1hr/4hr sw hi zone = prev res = potential rbs. Current dly hi just above y/day's hi. 96% of 30day adr traveled so far today already.

Sold 1.2069.... waited a bit to see signs of bullish exhaustion... Target is 1.1970... I will close this trade manually if price closes today above 1.2030...

Look, DXY is going for retesting the Support as we speak. We had overreaction from Bulls on Support and now this is (if I had to bet) the Daily candle that is going to retest the Support before heading up. Another scenario is that we will see some shuffling back and forth in this zone (S).

...top of that prev 1hr/4hr range/consolidation above the current dly hi...and top of that zone coexistent with a prev 1hr/4hr sw hi zone that extends to a week last thursday's 2147 hi...fibs around (always,!) and Wkly R1 near top of it. Dly R2 is above it circa 2167.
