TUESDAY is going to be a Weird Day for Pound,
we may see First high above 1.2300-20
then Drop to 1.2220-30
Trust me Tuesday is the Day the Actual Money Moves, that means BIG Boys Enter the Market, be Careful.
i used to work for INvestment Company and Tuesday we usually Avoided Pound.
but Looking at GJ does not look bad to Sell Third Res testing.
and UJ looks Over bought at 4H chart as well.

Caught the AM trade then called it a day but it is cool how price is moving between Friday's VAH and VAL areas in this range.
Your plan is very good, although I believe we have already broken support on the weekly and should see much more continuation to the upside, in the same way a very regular heartbeat can precede a heart attack, this bull trend could easily collapse. No trade at the moment, will wait and see what happens tomorrow.

I lost 0.7% of MyyFF account today going long GBPUSD in the afternoon, then adding in, not taking profits etc. .

My Prediction tomorrow: USA CPI Inflation will be better than expected sending GBPUSD UP, (even though good USA data should send it down).

BULLISH

Be careful with that! Higher than forecasted will send USD flying in my opinion, if by better you meant higher.. Market isn't as bright, still expecting 75bps rate hike if inflation proves to be higher then what was thought (forecasted). They think Fed will actually hike 75bps instead of 50bps and raise terminal rate if inflation comes out hot. I have traded these last couple of news for USD and it turned out well, because I was always betting on USD, however, as was said by others, these news aren't to be messed with really, it could go (and probably will based on history) 100 pips immediately one way or the other and perhaps even more.. this one I'll pass, but if I had to bet, I would bet against USD this time around, so I agree on that point that Pound is going to go up and destroy this R as if nothing is even there..

As always, we'll see..
I think we'll also get some clue from where the price will be before the CPI comes out. We do have Bailey speaking tommorow!

...61.8% of the current and likely dly lo-hi move held the pullback off that hi. Tomorrow some Uk employment data, Uk's Boe Gvnr Bailey talks about not very much, then the main course - the U.s Cpi data. Another likely sub 30day adr, and sub 5day adr day today, on the close of the gmt+2 dly candle in 10mins or so.
