I am trading a dollar account not JPY account, how come my gains are in JPY and converted into dollars, i have been trading for a very long time, hhhhh am even laughing at myself, how come this whole damn time i didn't realize this??

Its because you trade JPY pairs, your gains are in JPY, that you need to convert into USD. Every brokers do that

I have both USD and EUR account, no problem trading EURUSD on the USD account, but on my EUR account its different (not so much because EURUSD is almost parity)

Worth a try. At least they came back to you. The difference what they are saying is an exchange deducted. My brokers spread are deducted prior the entry and exchange addsor deductions are recorded as a separate daily adjustment.
Usually there is deducted exchange difference on sell trades, and profit on longs. But for echample my sell trade on USDTRY earns daily exchange interest.

Interesting. It ranged for 3 hours and now it's up 30 pips.
If only I wasn't driving back to home.

I could've scalp the range.
