From an M1 perspective it kept retracing so it was a call to see if we can break above 122 towards the 12250 area.

OK. For me, putting on a trade just to check to see if price will beak and continue is a high probability loss coming.

M1 simply retracing is not going into an uptrend. I am sure you have seen from experience, M1 can retrace over-and-over and easily cover 30-50 pips as it continues further down after each retracement. From my experience, if the M5 cannot get into an uptrend, then the probability that the direction has changed is extremely low.

Of course, there are the exceptional cases that have occurred the last few months where on a single swing of the M1 in a retracement, it continues so far that M5, M15, and M30 are all carried along in the retracement. In that case, it becomes highly probable that this is not a mere retracement, but is the first swing in the new trend direction. But even these moves need confirmation of a trend change.

Current Rate : 1.21920

New day started at my end and pivots are setup as "Bearish" for cable initially. Marked on my charts is H3 = 1.22424 as initial resistance . I don't have any personal bias 'standing aside' as things can change when my 'GMT Shift' arrives after 1:00 PM GMT . However, current picture is bearish. Bella's Blue will allow market to settle down " trade inside a frame work of these pivots" and then find it's directional bias.
