i said this to elbert last week that if 1.21 goes 1.24 is possible. in between it did 1.19 but with the shorting that has been done in past few weeks this was just another excuse to go up after powell

Crazy move… this is good bye below 120 for this year in my opinion. I believe both BoE and Fed want to keep GU in the mid 12X areas.

Long term yes but isn't this all part of re-balancing the post-covid economy? If it wasn't sustainable for the businesses in question, they wouldn't be doing it!
