On my GU chart there is still a little gap. Perhaps it will vary depending on broker? Still a good gap on USDX though, but it is struggling to break below the Day Open line. It needs coffee too

The gap on USDX often doesn't close because of the time gap (no reporting for the first 3 hours!).

Yes. It has about 5 pips to go and gap is closed. GU didn't fly though so I am doing what Kuroda San does best, watching closely!
