yes 2% every stop hunt is the cost, i am not at all comfortable to enter in until stop hunting is done.

Manually closed partial @ 1.190 for 34 pips profit. Couldn't make it back down to previous low by hours end and felt like things might get choppy. Will hold onto the rest for now.

Edit - manually closed the rest at 1.1183. Will consider re-entering if it goes below next 4 hourly candle formed at 1PM EST.

dantpm, not necessarily. If you develop a method to trade the range, which you should do because the market ranges about 70% of the time, you can thrive in a ranging market. Would you know without seeing axes that the chart below is 5M and not 1H?

To be honest, only by comparing it to another chart. I do try to trade ranges but when each time I take a trade there is a 100-200 pt pull back for stop hunting it gets expensive. I have a couple of strategies that improve my odds a bit. If you have any suggestions, I would appreciate them.
