EU is flirting with its next resistance of 1.04, having passed it once.... upside might not be over for GU

EURUSD just hit 1.04 for the first time since 5th July and is at some major resistance.

Also don't think that the world is dumping dollars on the basis of a CPI figure -0.2% below forecast. Dollar strength isn't over in my view. There is still a dollar shortage, commodities are still priced in them and a lot of countries still need them to pay their dollar denominated debt.

The subtlety is, do people want to hold them? Several countries and individuals expressed 'concern' over the US seizing Russian (gov't, citizens, etc) bank accounts. Ramifications of this aren't over yet.
