Pretty sure that yesterday the FED said they had one data point and not enough information to consider a pivot. Wall Street is drinking too much funny cool aid these days.

There is something called yield curve to measure recession i.e., between yields of short vs long term rates, if short term yeilds gets higher then long term it is called a yield curve inversion as i could understand it, i hear somewhere FED has to choose one these be it bonds or currency

they cannot manage both at the same time buy buying bonds and raising rates at the same time .

also heared some one saying if bonds market keep falling something will get broke why i dont know what i dont know newbie here.

however, to handle inflation fed keep raising interest rates at unusual faster speed, to handle the inflation to an extent where they have to take the side of bonds by pivoting, i.e., will further increase rate but at slower pace not higher than previous points and let the currency fall.

This CPI number made up or real was a final call perhaps let the currency fall and hold the bonds market for a soft landing.

While trading a 1 min. chart, i am not much interested what is going on in the news, the more i know about fundamentals i get confused more somehow.

alot of things i dont understand yet a newbie.
