More the opposite, means the rate rises have worked in the favour brining inflation down. Also means next move maybe no rate rise or a smaller one.

7.7% it is. Core 6.3%. More job claims this week apparently.

They want a slower job market, they will get it. Then, loosening talk can start. Before that, slowing down hikes. Powell may claim, we won't be looking at one particular data point, continuing hawkish tone, but market will likely not buying it.

On price, we might see a repeat of last Friday's move after NFP. The spike.

I'll let it rise. I'll come back two hours later. For the meantime, going to load up some crypto, then go shopping.
