I was looking forward to trading black gold come NY session but it has started moving . I am looking at 86.50 as a target. I am not in the trade yet. If I do trade this it will either be on M5 or M1 {image}
I set a sell stop on M5 and just found out my trade was triggered. I think the sluggishness of my laptop was due to updates that need to be installed. While I left the updates to be done and left my home to do a little errand for my lady boss the trade was triggered , now that I'm back online I set the trade to b/e

When we develop trading systems, we look at the market types:

- at the start of the week, I look at the Weekly to see what the Market Type condition is

- when I see a sideways ranging market conditions I adopt my trading system for this market type ... 4H swing trading
