After years and years of watching my screen day in and day out I became so tired of doing it and not really going anywhere. It became a matter of looking at doing something else,. It was at that point that I realized after a few weeks break that I still had demo trades open, accruing huge profits. In my earlier years I always had demo accounts running with my live trades. The problem was that I always closed my live trades for a few pips profit and kept my demo trades on the back burner, running. That's when the light bulb came on. I was happy to take a quick buck and feel glorified, but let huge amounts of profit go to the trash can. When I got it wrong I had to start over again with weeks and weeks of hard earned profits gone down the drain. This mentally drained me and I wanted to give up. My demo account was a lifesaver for me. I realized where my problem was.
It was at that point that I realized that I had to transition to higher time frames, sit back and let my profits grow.
This is not a made up story, but my story, Wavegarrick's story from the school of hard knocks. Life is better like that for me.

...back @ desk updating charts. Prtetty straight line up on 1hr from the prev 1hr sw lo zone, now a prev 1hr/4hr sw lo zone coexistent with that too. Price @ the current dly hi extr o/b on 15min and 30min, with nice regular bearish div play on 5min....a 170pips move so far today, ie 80% 30 day adr. Almost an inverse H&S on 4hr. 4hr bullish engulf of last 6 candle bodies v.likely on that t/f in a few mins re gmt+2 feed.

1hr then 4hr below

Just checked the charts … This is some next level black magic happening my tp of 1.16 is missed by .9 pips… … Still holding strong we will cover the 1.16 gap today or tomorrow..….

Have to resist the temptation to trade cable, though it often moves similarly to us indices v usd index (DOW so far over 500 points up, than PB well over 250 points, very good runs both ways)(Have sent you a PM regarding that PB)
Volatility is cooling now and usd index prints continuation of the down move, it shall benefit GBP
Will have a break now and see t he election results!!!!
Make sure losses are small and profits are bigger!
