I posted earlier about trading the 08-00 to 08-15 15 minute candle breakout.
2 = broke low
3 = broke high
4 broke low and finally
5 = broke high.

it normally isn't this smooth but quite a good way to gather pips.
i only traded the first low break as previously posted.

I really appreciate that you are sharing all these thoughts with us, and also all the very generous replies you have gotten. I would explore each one very attentively, scientifically.

My own humble suggestion for now would be to start with a blank slate. Stop trading. Focus on learning for as long as needed till your trading strategies, risk management, trading plans,knowledge,trading related thought processes, etc. have changed so much so that your past trading experiences become less than a shadow.

I know this is a lot of work without any guarantee but trading successfully on the long-term is very hard work. So, it's either one has the free time/energy and really wants it and does all the exploration, learning, work till a good enough system takes shape, or doesn't.

I just failed MFF challenge. I went straight to MFF challenge than FTMO free trial because I found FTMO free trail has no emotion. I' m not regretting since at least I have learned why I lost in Live/Real conditions. If I lost on FTMO free trial, I think I learnt nothing.
