TV, I learned this pattern trading micro ES. After LL has finished at 1.13 ext. and has not touched 1.272 market goes to 0.886 to shake the shorts. If some tough guys are still short they will push the price to 1.13 ext. That's what I posted in the morning on the 60M chart. Don't take my word for it, just observe similar plays in the future.

I am still trying to figure out if it goes back up or down from here. 75 BP is baked in for the BOE. Is that going to be enough to keep it at this level or higher?

Simple take is bears are in control below 1.1566 to Target 1.1250...

missed some good opportunities today.
Went short below PP 1.15, took long 1.1453
but closed 1.1482
Short 1.1480 hit my sl -15
Spike to 1.1560...missed
Had better days..

Well, I guess situation is very clear now. Uptrend is broken, we won't return to 1.16 in the next few months at least (maybe years, maybe never -- who knows). USD will appreciate, stocks will be sold. The market waited for the pivot and priced it to some extent. We did not get pivot, on the contrary, Powell said that the final destination will be higher than previously expected. Don't fight the Fed, sell the rip and prosper.
