navk, yesterday's LL tilted my bias to the short side. Only the market's great disappointment in what FED does will change my view. But, I'm EOT (equal opportunity trader)

Nice video, summary 75 basis point hike and hawkish Fed. But would like to see clarity on concerns of the wage price barrel and insight into Cpi shelter inflation and if we could actually get those two things it could be deemed as dovish. Interesting

Back @ desk to prepare for fed thing. So, Fed coming up in less than 1hr re rate and statement with press conf 30mins later. All eyes first on whether the fed will blink re this mth's rate rise - ie +0.75% or small chance if they do, for +0.5%, and then the statement and JP press conf whether the rate of tightening/rate rises will shift to a less aggressive pace...ie the so-called 'pivot.' The whole thing will likely cause some excitement/volatility, and even momentum. With all this comes potential opportunity.

...78pip hi-lo today so far - only 34% of the 226pip 30day adr...reflecting market's wait-and-see approach to the upcoming fundie announcement from the Fed to Boe tomorrow and NFP on Friday. Still some good hi-prob trading opps today though so far, making it a productive day for us scalper (+)/ intraday types, on the lower t/f's.
