Super analysis

Everything is positive for jpy in comparison with other countries be it interest rate very less, Gdp positive, inflation 1/3 in relation to US and UK why Jpy is not strong?

Apart from their debt/gdp ratio and trade deficit everything is positive.

Please do shed some light on as it is a difficult economy to understand.

Interest rates, you said it..
Any announcement that BoJ will raise interest rates will recover Yen immediately.

The moment I hear BoJ will raise interest rates, I'll start buying Yen Looooong term.

Japan's ageing and falling population is behind this low consumer demand, which is helping to keep down the inflation in Japan , hence i don't think they do it soon, lets see..may be thats the reason why the graph of japan is like dead man's heart beat ..lol

GBP USD

If it breaks below 1.12, the price may continue to slide towards the 1.09 support area.
Beyond 1.09 a sharp drop to 1.07 is likely.

Next is 1.05, is cozy place to hang around for a while for some drinks, unless this drop is halt by BoE Intervention.

Prices are unlikely to drop to 1.03 unless another surprise announcement is made. ( like Boris resign, Truss becoming PM again...)
Upside potential seems unlikely and limited.
With US real interest rates look set to push even higher this year meaning that GBP/USD will likely struggle to break above the 1.15 area over coming weeks.

BTW, looking at British guilt’s yields rise (to put it mildly) in anticipation of Boris Johnson re assuming the Prime Minister position.
An expectation he’ll continue the same failed policies.
I really hope Mr Johnson win to race and become PM again.
It's going to be another good run to make money on volatile market...
(No vote to Mr Sunak, market will calm and super slow)

Weekend rates on IG has GU on the rise. Doesn’t always mean too much however it’s usually a few pips here and there. Right now we it’s around 25 pips north.

Here is Robin´s pattern again. audusd. Middle green circle. Red 120 is equivalent to what i expect with GU. So, GU should have reached 1.2000 by now and thus there has been some shorting manipulation within the range as natural law cannot be violated. This means that the Algo has gone wrong and expecting to close their oversold shorts around 1.1000 which i think they will not. 1.1060 was maximun to the downside. I also expect a violent move up as time is pushing now.

Are you hedging your short position? I am in. Spread is 6pips, still smaller then BTC.
