Only if 2H makes it into an upswing will I have any concern about this being anything more than a rally to higher TFs that are down.

But that would still be momentum on a RALLY, not a reversal. Price would have to go much higher to confirm a reversal of the relevant higher TF that is down.

But as I have said before, when the rallies are on a big enough TF that has good volatility, then the counter-trend trades can also be profitable choices.
