At the moment it is about 5 pips under the entry. It will be nice to get it into some profit so I can set TP to BE and then I can sleep nice. I will sleep nice with a small loss also, but I will have nightmare if I leave the trade open with no profit locked in!!

I think it does not trigger GE automatically. Conservatives still can elect new PM without going to GE which they know they would lose. If the choice is Truss or elections, there is no doubt conservatives will stick with Truss.

Because that price was reached on the 13th of this month, so I think it can at least get there again without too much trouble. I may have to close early though because it's nearly sleepy time

the UK is pretty much in shits creek without a paddle at the moment

the pound rally is due to BoE speech over the weekend and the reversal of tax cuts from Mike Hunt. What will be interesting to see is if the uptrend can be sustained or will we see a drop to below 1110 again.

you are correct that there is no mechanism to trigger an election automatically, but from the interviews ive seen today, no one wants another drwan out leadership contest and Sunak is not that popular.
Some were seriously contemplating bringing back Boris.
I think that if Liz resigns there is just too much bagage and they have to go to the people.
Thats just my intuition, i could surely be wrong
