Hahaha... I wish you pips mate. I think thendirection has been set for the day. All this bounces don't mean a thing. The bottom won't come from a sharp bounce. Watch how Fridays work. It will go down and stay down and close down and won't bounce. Then the bottom for the day would be in.

I don't fight Fridays. I love them. Find the direction and stick to it. Yes, some time,ws it may fail but rarely.

Whale, technically, you are right, but if you believe that yesterday's move was 1-5 the best place to load up is at 50% retracement of this move.

News slightly positive for risk (but revisions negative). I don't know, I can't see a good trade today, maybe I just should rest. My bias is very bearish on GBP and stocks, but GBP can be lifted by the Truss press conference (you never know how the market reacts and what exactly is priced in), and stocks can rally similar to tomorrow -- bear market rallies are known for their strength. Maybe I will sell the fact if GBP reacts very positively to Truss announcement.
In the end, shorted Nasdaq 10 minutes after the open on the classical down-up-more down move on the 5 minutes chart, took quick 110 points. Could take twice as much if I waited a bit longer (and by the end of the day it can be 8 times as much), but with current market volatility, I don't like to wait too long (and it is good money anyway).

My bearish bias is very much intact, GU below 1.1 and Nasdaq below 10,500 by the end of the day won't surprise me a bit. If however bulls can wrestle it back, I will congratulate them and short more.
