The Fed has said that it wants unemployment to reduce wage spending so I don't see how that is a negative for rates. Pretty sure that 75 bps is still on the table.

Yeah according to the data.
I have joined the forex world recently and lack experience, but what I continuously saw from FOMC/MPC meeting to meeting, is the parties in the charge of monetary policy keep shocking the whole world with their decision.
Nothing is impossible at this point.
Even I think a 50bps hike is enough for the next FOMC, but i always leave room for the unexpected, and i focus more on that part.
More time in the market, does not mean you trade better!
