1.12 would be a great place to short, but will we get there? The market gets more and more bearish by the day, bulls have to fight for every pip. It's even more evident with stocks. It looks like things start to break, and once we are in the "sell all" mode, pound definitely won't be the currency people want to hold.

And after Bailey said they won't extend the gilt purchasing program, something should definitely break. At the very least, we will see heavy selling of risk assets and pound. Funny, but maybe it will not be CPI that will be the defining risk event this week.

I am in from 1.1097, bad entry, had to endure drawdown for a few hours, but now the trade does not look bad at all. If we close below 1.10, I will probably keep it.

even if it closes above 1.100 I will still hold shorts as the market sentiment is still bearish. All you can eat deal is on the table. Ride it as much as you can.
