1.12 would be great to short from. Someone was expecting 1.15 before the drop but I had a feeling that the chance of that happening isn't that high. 1.12 sound very reasonable in my opinion. 400 pips shouldn't be a problem at I agree. Just look at USD/JPY, price is ranging for so long now..it's so obvious they wait for either FOMC or CPI to determine what to do next.

The US dollar index is still in a consolidation zone, but it is more likely to rise,
So GBPUSD is bearish today but to retest 1.1100 . If failed it's going to be for a downtrend

DXY is bound to reach 114 again. We had HL a few days ago and price bounces off. I think this leg will get us even higher than 114. We'll see..

@Wolf, While I'm on team Wolf about DXY hitting 114 I think it takes until tomorrow at the earliest - today is consolidation day waiting for PPI then FOMC minutes tomorrow.
...because you never know - until you do!
