At least when I'm looking for what trend is in play currently, I only look at Daily Chart. Only Daily. It depends from to trader to trader in my opinion.

...0911 is the 50% of the whole 0327-1495 move up, it and a 61.8% fib of another move up is in that prev 4hr sw hi x 2 zone = prev res = pot rbs. Still got the 6hr bullish hidden div @ the current dly lo. Next downside fib is @/around wkly S1 @ 0933.

4hr, then current state of 10/20/50 ema crosses, below

I trade set up not pairs.. Sometimes i see my setup forming on a pair even before looking at the name of the pair..
All the charts are same... If my setup does not form on a particular pair I'm addicted to what happens ? It means i won't trade on that day uuhhh

If we must trade one particular pair daily then it must be on a 1 or 5 minutes time frame because patterns are quick to form on the lower time frames..

yes the first one, when the LONG hits TP then just go LONG again and leave the SHORT alone...... now you can do this straight away or wait until say for example 5 minutes that way your SHORT TP may be hit so then you have no trades on then just start again or you could put a pending LONG on with TP at say 5 pips away, again the pending LONG might not get triggered and it might come down and hit your SHORT TP which will mean both TP's hit, then just start again......play around with it on demo mix it up as we are playing with averages

Cable. similar to yesterday my bias is short until 11095 but with a decent trigger , nothing wrong in sticking a long on for small gains.
I am just saying. i will not be trading this.lol

As usual, and as newbie, I'm trying to learn from others.
If point is not clearly made, I will aks question. Hoping I can learn something new here.

Trying to understand, what is trend ?.
Even looking at Daily chart, we will know what trend. And he's buying ?. Contradicting statement or is he confused ?

Or is it me the one that confused and not understanding what is trend is all about...

When playing on demo you will see how quickly this will rack up pips on a ranging market then multiply by other pairs and indices .....try to use markets with small spreads

i do something similar.
I also trade off what i call legitimate triggers.. and always keep an eye on the daily range to see how much i can play with.
Obviously a daily range isnt consistent but we have a good idea on how many points it will make.
