  1. on h4 trend is down
  2. on h1 bands are tightening

There is no guessing in forex or any of the markets. You need to learn the high and low of the day at session times . Asia ,London, and Us Trading outside of these time id 50/50 hackie sack trading. You need to learn to be a surgeon and focus on the market maker moves , which are big and quick and can go a long way! Do ypo know what a trend reversal looks like ,session, daily and weekly?
