the topic really sounds fascinating ,and really interesting to read, although not my prediction, but my system probabilistic prediction was right and i ignored it thinking there was data manipulation that will come along with that news , it turned out i was wrong and my setup was right, so i took small loss from it and it just reminded me that i don't have to fail myself,let my system set-up fail me.
Somewhere along the topic i read smthng that say you can't predict the outcome of the system entirely, but my deep knowledge of the forex market now can even predict the news that will make a spike on both side.
It's smthng i talked a lot , well traders ignore and it doesn't bother me
The physics, mathematics and statics behind trading news is pretty simple,
Its what i call free pips
If you can't predict it's outcomes just hedge it in different account few minutes before news announcement the drawdown pips 95% most of the times it never go beyond 10 pips in making a spike, i have hundreds screenshot to show
Hopefully someone get smthng from this post!

Fear not Chiko The UK is not fucked, At least not until Labour party take control. Markets just taking advantage of any situation to make money. GBP recovered 10 cents USD in 7 days. Just waiting for it to hit 1.2000

Technically i mean i can predict the spike of news announcement with 99.9999999% accuracy. So i mean the science behind the probability, chaos theory whatever is right depending in which aspect we are talking about, for example light travel with constant speed yet it doesn't necessarily means that inside a grass prism the speed of light is 3^8 ,same in forex just because chaos theory say that we can't predict the outcome of the complex system entirely doesn't means that we can't predict the spike of news 10 seconds before the announcement!
