Weird, if I am an investor, I would take it as a negative news. Rationally, it clearly shows the government doesn't know what the heck they are doing, reversing a decision they just made so quickly.

Looking for a othe big push down. The news is good and bad. Good that more tax will be collected albeit from a very small percentage. Bad as it shows the frailty of the government. Liz out by April I think
