If, however Pound drops below 160 vs Yen I will become concerned.

I wish GU would move every week like this week. GU gave me all the profit this week, it’s now UJ turn. I’ve been holding to UJ shorts for a few days now. It moves with a snail speed and it seems it will go like this into the next week.

I am not great with the charts but check out the 5 min GU and 5 min USDX for the last 90 minutes and you can clearly see the current disconnect.

USDX is a basket of currencies -vs- $ not just £ which is about 11% of it. It won't always have a positive correlation.
