I think that wholly depend on what type of trader is referring to. I'm not a trend catcher or swing trader. I'm more scalper type going from 30-150pips eater. This way I'm enable to keep a control over what i'm doing(enable me to stick with my plan and strategy). Able to identify when to increase lot size or take one more position or reduced it!
