Disliked{quote} Did not just happen on Cable, it happened on EUR and other pairs. If they were manipulating, why would they not just concentrate on one pair. Did they buy dollar. I don't understand. If it was one pair, they would be selling that pair! It would be nice to have access to order flow, to work out what happened!Ignored
DislikedHello Guys 1.03 I projected has already happened but at a faster time than I ever imagined... Today I lost my prop firm accounts worth 1.3 million dollars having reached phase 2 in some with just 1.3% buy trade open yet the whole accounts breached at 1.0378... This is me saying goodbye to this heavily manipulated pair moving 500 pips in Tokyo session without any major event or news. It's sad that I have to leave this pair but my mental health is more important than any other thing. Good luck to everyone and stay safe. {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} They just need to manipulate the dollar. This morning (my time) there was a strong push at dollar, causing all pairs against dollar to go down.Ignored
Disliked{quote} How? I understand low liquidity during Asia session and have notice big trending moves recently instead of usually ranging session, but what are you buying or selling? If you are moving a currency, then you need some serious wedge, so why would you not concentrate on one pair... Or what are they selling / buying?Ignored
DislikedI might move to trade EU today, my cable spread keeps widening like maddog while my EU spreads are < 1 pip (10 points) Cable fluctuating from 30 points to 50 points. Can't even place a good SL with low risk. Until it stabilizes then I'll be back.Ignored
DislikedGood morning, everyone! Good start to the trading day. I closed manually here. {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} You are a good trader. This shows also why most of the traders loose. One two trades can destroy everything. Japanese intervention created also false buy sentiment.Ignored
DislikedI have longs underwater since last week I woke up with Over 10k down. if this was prop firm account I would have violate the DD i use prop firm to scalp only cus that rules seems like a gambling and stressful policy it’s hard to swing trade with prop firm because u have to make sure that ur entry is running at profit and locked I want to close this long at 1..10 to 1.12 every year we see a crazy movement like this 1000pips crash a day in cable often happen once in a year so we just never know when it happens until it has. {image}Ignored
DislikedThere seems to be a lot of "after the fact" profit posts recently, I myself have been guilty of this last week. If you are after recognition of your trading ability a good idea would be to post when open a trade, update from time to time and post when closed , we can all post "yea I made a billion pips " but it has no value and you will start to lose respect of fellow traders, if I'm wrong tell me to shut fuck up, I'm a big boy now and can handle it...

Disliked{quote} Difficult situation. Why are you not hedging when you want to swing large moves like this? I see way more downward pressure than the other way around. Just today on Bloomberg a few institutional investors stated that they can not buy GBP and be exposed to this kind of uncertain risk, because mostly their rules don't allow this kind of exposure. of course these are only individual voices but it might gives a hint of the sentiment from the money players. until BOE does not come on the stage i would always feel uncomfortable with (big) long...Ignored
Disliked{quote} I don't know anything about this, so you can send me back to the long grass if you wantBut I see that USDX went up about 145 pips at the same times that GBP fell. I thought that some banks or Hedge funds or some other players who are holding GBP as a safe haven, saw the mini budget and decided to drop the GBP and Buy USD instead. Perhaps the sell of was noted by others who did the same thing. Like a snowball. I don't know if that's even possible, but the thought came to me when I saw USDX chart
