Hi yelena, sorry it was a long time ago and i dont have a screenshot of the spread but from memory i think it was 1300 - 1400 pips or thereabouts. but yes use the screenshot as part of your evidence im not sure you will get far but good luck. thanks for the 1% offer, keep it and take your family on holiday Let me know how you get on
