to me it looks like 1019 is lows.

WOW!! That must have been a terrible time to have been in the market. I suppose it must have exposed brokers who didn't pass on the trades to the market. They must have lost a lot of money, and is not their money to lose. What a nightmare. I hope you didn't suffer?

i remember that day well. i was on the right side of it and kept trying to take profits but market was moving so damn quick it took me about 10 attempts to close position. made some heavy profits but couldnt get out near bottom. was a crazy move and like you say the spread was huuuge

the last lows and highs on the monthy has seen a rise from the fall, 2009 to 2015 is 3600 pips rise then in 2 years to 2017 a 5577 pip drop ,,,the rise was 2755 pips the next high low was around 3000 pips at this time we are in 3257 pip drop,, so if it goes to that 9983 thats a monthly tl touch and i have it at 61.8 fib and again over 5000 pip drop ,,and an expectation at this time of around 1.3000 to 1.3200 high ,,,just some quick numbers to think about

It was a plentiful day for me. For years to come.

But a lot didn't implement SL. I can only wish them the same.

There were talks back then that even gravity works for prices. IMHO, it's okay not to put SL on shorts. But SL always on longs.... gravity
