I think this is being purposefully done so that all other currencies go so low that they can't be rescued, at which point they crater the dollar and then say "Oh well, no alternative but it start using Central Bank Digital Currencies. But don't worry, you'll be happy when you own nothing."

Actually with the digital currencies, the central bankers can tell you what you can spend money on and when. The Globalist elite have been pitching this and apartment living where people rent for their lifetimes as an environmentally friendly and sustainable solution for the planet. The elimination of the middle class. Covid19 was just a tool to reduce the global population to make it easier to manage. The first of many.
