I don't know a lot about it, but you are quite right, Frankfurt often goes one way, and when London arrives, it goes the other way. We can see it often. I don't know why, but this is one reason that I try to not enter trades in Frankfurt time, unless I have a very good reason to do it. Mostly I wait until London has settled and then see if there is anything to pounce on
