Okay so at this moment it still seems bullish to me but it's not yet confirmed. I want to see what PA does the next hours. If it continues consolidating then Ill set my buy limit @ 1.13200 with 40 pip SL. Good luck everyone. {image}

hmm, doesn't look too good for me at this point. Currently staying away. Might trade when market starts moving. Otherwise tomorrow London should do the work.

I think that 1.127 could be the floor today if the FED is not as hawkish. In that case, I will buy with a stop under that level.

...just as some scenarios, let's say we get: a. +0.75% and a hawkish statement - most likely reaction = buy $. b. +0.75% and a dovish statement - most likely reaction = buy $ on knee-jerk, then sell it on digesting the statement. c. < +0.75% and a dovish statement - most likely reaction = sell $ d. > +0.75% and a hawkish statement - most likely reaction = buy $ e. > +0.75% and a dovish statement - most likely reaction = buy $ on the knee jerk, then sell on digesting the statement Anything can happen. Then of course the press conference 30mins after...

30mins till round 1.
My best guess, +0.75% and a 'relatively' hawkish statement, (but of course it is open to interpretation.)
Anything can happen, trade what you see.
Intraday (mainly) swing scalper (+,) via a Supp/Res & PA based edge.

GBPUSD will not break through the support level. And thus still at the mercy of the bear. I hoped that the news would be able to influence the situation, but, unfortunately, there is no movement.

{quote} The Short entry was supposed to be TP, price went slightly beyond my SL then proceed to move to the correct direction and towards my TP, the market really hates me lately. Price broke below support a while ago, creating new lows, daily pivot is up there providing resistance and bearish bias, clear bearish bias. I'll refrain from posting trade calls and trade in silence until i get back to positive for this month. Currently -6%.

Wow, easy Short TP, the blockchain brothers are hard at work today, dumped GU so hard.
Finally got a well deserved TP after a string of SLs, giving me some much needed relief.
Trust the process and trust your system.

Balls of steels my lord, what made you long, especially at this current stage? Is it the long down wick the current candle is leaving behind?

Reached my Dly S3 (gmt+3 charting) @ 1234 and took a nice bounce on the1/3/5min extr o/s osc plays and 1min PA....easy enough to get involved with the bearish momentum beforehand although did get some slippage, but still made for a more than worthwhile exercise.

Dual scenarios for the last 8 trade days of this September... ✓Should 1.1350 hold, expect a sharp bounce to 1.1850 ✓Should 1.1737 hold, expect more drop to 1.1207 Pay very close attention to 1.1550 Below 1.1550 means 1.1207 Above 1.1550 means 1.1850... For tomorrow fomc Expect between 130 - 200 pips movement Application clues *Sell to 1.1270 as far as 1.1460 holds (stop loss at 1.1463) *Buy to 1.1510 as far as 1.1350 holds (stop loss at 1.1347) Choose wisely... And remember...

Done... That's good anticipation... A sense of inevitability about 1.12... Now long opportunities to be Laddered till 1.1150 for a target of 1.1400.
