From what I see is that the market makers are keeping GU inside this box of 1.133 - 1.1350 until news

Out of my buy with little profit. Now no trades until FOMC except something drastic happens. I have kept a pending order at 1310 and will leave it except I see reason not to.

Just back at desk updating charts ...first b/o of the tight 5min-30min range and straight into demand at top of the prev minor 1hr x 2/minor 4hr sw lo zone that leads to today's current and current yrly lo. Hoping for some fireworks around fomc etc..

The cable is resting on strong support, which it may break as the FOMC is released. What is the best trading idea. I think keeping off the trade.
...just as some scenarios, let's say we get:

a. +0.75% and a hawkish statwement - most likely reaction = buy $.
b. +0.75% and a dovish statement - most likely reaction = buy $ on knee-jerk, then sell it on digesting the statement.
c. < +0.75% and a dovish statement - most likely reaction = sell $
d. > +0.75% and a hawkish statement - most likely reaction = buy $
e. > +0.75% and a dovish statement - most likely reaction = buy $ on the knee jerk, then sell on digesting the statement

Anything can happen.

Then of course the press conference 30mins after the release.

Kareem, you should be happy that you don't have a bunch of thumbs up b/c it means you go against the sentiment on this thread, and this is in my opinion a winning approach.
When I get more than 6 thumbs up I start to examine my chart to check if I am not on the wrong side of the market.
