You point it well from FED's perspective which is in fact the major market player, but at some point these speculative money need to take profit and close down their long positions since they bet on 100bps sept hike

I have been experimenting with a couple of indicators on this pair.
The RobinHood trading indicator from the Trading Made Simple(r) forum here generated a 250 pt gain today
The Blackflag FTS indicator using the RSI modification generated a 190 pt gain today
(I added an EMA crossover to both of these to keep me in the trend longer)

Yeah USD/JPY not impressive, but Euro and Pound went +50 pips against Yen, as well as others. USD/JPY doesn't move at all.
