I disagree on some of these points. What establishes a trend is the market's perception of value. The market is driven not by fear or greed. That is just a fairy tale. Value drives the markets. I feel people get emotional because they trade without considering where the market is currently valuing prices. GU for example had a value at lower prices which s why short term buyers got killed

Of course it will take you some time before you realize what just happened and by the time you realize price is down 50 pips already..

So all those tops should actually be shorted in real life, because they are tops. Put SL 2700 pips away and that's it.

Also, the news are the best way for you to lose the money.

There are many fake bottoms and tops on MT4 as I understand now. That's why it's so fucking hard to find out what the real top or bottom is. This game is rigged to the bone, and as a Wolf it is my duty to eat the banks alive.

The only thing that drives the markets is the economic view and that is simple as that. When I said I look for a bearish pair against a bullish this analysis is not from the chart. There are many things that drive a currency’s price, the key thing being monetary policy. I like to make sure I’m following the central banks footsteps and see how they tackle inflation. USD is soaring simply because the economy is in the middle of an expansion, the feds are raising rates faster then any other central bank and this is all very attractive to foreign investors. These are the things that drive the price. Greed and fear is a market psychological Barrier in which you have to fight. When you have your analysis and enter trades you must learn to suppress your emotions and have complete control over greed and fear. You yourself are the enemy when it comes to trading. If you are in a winning positions and keep holding then you may end up paying the price. I’ve seen it all the time here people keep holding on to underwater longs and refuse to let go when they are buying into a down trend. So you misunderstood me I was talking about the psychological barrier that us traders have to deal with but in terms of what drives the markets value that is a whole different subject

The 1 pip renko chart is great for pattern trading, it shows raw PA very clearly once you have studied the big picture.. This afternoon there was some beautiful PA that was almost totally obscured by the candlesticks. Very clear S&R levels being developed and a textbook head and shoulder pattern followed by a double bottom.

No, that is not correct. All the manipulation that they describe in that video is useful ONLY for fraudulent people that take SCREENSHOTS of the fake data and post the screenshots. This is true but don’t forget you can link any broker even ones that are fake which is how people manipulate their trade explorers

Value drives the markets period full stop. It is not economic events that affects value per se, it is the market's interpretation of economic events. The only reason traders are even trying to interpret rate hikes, expansions and other economic events is because they are trying to form a perception of value so they know which direction they should trade. Traders want to form a perception of value so that they know which direction to trade so this drives them to find information like rate hikes and other news events and market develops to help them shape their perception of value.

The market moves because the perception of value changes.
