Manipulation is always there. Compare cadchf/usdchf on 4h tf. Uchf has 3 lows from 17th may and cadchf is still on its 4th low. Had i been in usdchf would be the other way round. That is good! Anything above zero is great in this hard market. Trading became very hard lately. We don't have that big long sell's or buy's anymore so we can just sit on the position. Forex is evolving and not for the better. Whenever I tried to sit on the position I would end up like Robinhood unfortunately.

Yes, was hard lately, but i believe this will pass, market goes thru a period of trend and range, july & aug was fantastic for trend, it's only fair if mediocre month comes once in a while, just make sure the system able to withstand subpar market condition.

I have little regrets this month compared to past 2 months, because I am just doing what I am supposed to do, no revenge trade, no shaky confidence.
I believe next month better condition will come back.

It definitely will. Europe and UK are in a recession , and GDP Q/Q for US is at the end of October. Next year we will probably have some better price action.
