You should have at least separated negative anger and positive one.

I think your quote means about negative anger which cost unnecessary damage if you are angry so it better to move on. And I completely agree with it.

But about the positive anger. You got harassed, bullied or offended for nothing by bad people. Can you tell your self to not be angry?
Are you not going to stand up for justice or you just keep telling yourself "That's okay, every time I got angry, I will lose 60 sec of my happiness so it better to moves on" despite your house are being burned, your loved one and your innocent citizens are being killed and your children are being bullied at school?

To me, positive anger release our courage to stand up for justice. Without positive anger, we cannot stand up for justice nor protect our beloved people.

In our life want to make peace, love and good memory with anybody but the same time we need to draw our line. And whoever dare to cross it without our permission shall pay the price by our positive anger.

Only reason the US is "doing a lot better" is precisely because they have the world reserve currency that everyone else needs...for the time being.

We know the BRICS nations are already moving away from the dollar. BRICS accounts for about 50% of global GDP and about 75% of the global population. Saudi, India, China and Russia and already trading commodities between each other in currencies other than the dollar so the dollars status is coming to an end.

The question is when will it start to show in the markets, and what happens to the other fiat currencies when the bottom falls out of the dollar? Will the GBP go up relative to the dollar when the dollar tanks, or will it cause the GBP to tank even harder and faster?
