On what basis do you say it is Error? I do not understand. Yesterday, the price tried hard to rise above 1.1550 but could not. The lower areas were more accessible.

London banks might come to smash all the remaining supports. Sellers are in full control here. Asia sold/ranged. Retail sales a very heavy miss. Daily pivot at 1495 missed. These all point to very heavy falls today. Price may not close below 1400 today but it may actually breach it and hit 1350 area. Maybe.

Pending short 1457. Hopefully it hits and I'll probably hold till end of day. I am still holding my buy from 1516 since yesterday but started selling in order to manage the trade. Got out of the last short at 1430. Now wait to get in a short again at 1457 which will be held till maybe below 1400. I hope London doesn't just shoot down immediately.

Edit: I think this idiotic relentless dollar buying will continue until Powell next week. A 75bps raise will cause dollar weakness across board. Before now people doubted Powell would do a 75 in September. Now that they expect him to do so they intentionally telegraphed the media to signal a 100 (which they know won't happen). And when he does a 75 (which was initially seen as high) then they have their excuse to stone the dollar down into abyss. These are smooth crooks and criminals who do everything for the money. Even fundamentals are choreographed.

Very weak UK retail sales, -5% yoy vs expectations of -3.4% with declines in ALL main sectors

Value & volumes falling... across all components.
Squeeze in UK household incomes may be weighing on spending faster.
Wonder if this is the moment BoE reacts to growth & sticks with a 50bps hike next Thursday for GBP
