I moved SL to protect the trade very early as this pair is so stretched today.

Well not a very happy morning, not because I lost anything but because I didnt make anything. At 1:05 am GMT I decided to close my GBP/USD long trade at 11515.5 at +9 pips held since 8:00pm I was tired and almost falling to sleep on my screen. So I just closed the trade instead of putting on a S/L Then when I looked at it this morning I had missed out on an additional 115 pips @ £2 per pip cost me £230 Learn learn learn

just came to knew where i did go wrong ...its not the trading system (as it gave perfect levels ), its the wrongly interpreted by me , hence i made a stupid decision of selling yesterday, found out these from reviewing mistake..will be backtesting without the these mistakes,then ill get an idea of the process . Cheers everyone..have a good weekend

Don't be sad.....you didn't have that £230, so you didn't lose it. It happens to everyone

Think of it like a train waiting in the station to depart, and you are sitting on it and you HAVE to use the bathroom. You can't hold on, so you run to the bathroom but when you come back, the train has left without you!! Oh No!!

The good thing is that there will be another train coming soon, so you may be able to catch that one
