Yes I suppose some people may have sort of ego problem where they HAVE to be always right, but that isn't me! I enter trades and post in real live time because it's the right thing to do. To claim "I made xxx pips yesterday" deserves nothing, because it is no real. It's just a statement and is probably lies! As I said in my first post, I have been reading FF for longer than my membership shows, I have seen what happens and the silly claims that people make.
I stayed in my UJ trade through the news last night because I chose to risk the certain 40 pips I had, to go for the home run of 80 pips, or whatever my TP was. That was my choice. Was it sensible?.......in hindsight, maybe not. But I lost nothing because the trade was protected. My total drawdown on that was about -32, which is not a big deal and even if it had hit my stop loss, I would still be ahead for the week.
I calculate everything in my trades, every time, with no exception.
I'm sad that some people want to treat me like I am a silly little girl (not you), especially I'm sad when I see no trading history from those same people, except claims of making pips with nothing to prove their claim.
In the end though, my account is happy, and that is all that matters, no? Those who offer constructive help are appreciated. Those who are condescending to me, are not.
