The recent reversal to the downside seems to have found support at my lower key level, if destiny permits, eventually the trade will hit TP anyway, maybe the red USD news later can give it a pump.

Rules are rules, trade needs to travel all the way to 100% TP or SL to conclude it, highest it traveled was 80% TP, that's still 20% profit left on the table, it is a lot if I am missing this much consistently.

We'll see.

Problem I have with my shorts is:

* Its nearly hit the 2 year's low found resistance and could go on the next phase (BULL).
* News at 3

It is not looking good, but retail will get slaughtered at 3, both ends!!!

Been spending the most of the day fixing my position in this. I guess I should be lucky I got to cover what was lost, no small thanks to gains in other pairs.

But it's been a hell of a day. (It didn't help that I've also lost half my money in trades last week and is hard pressed to recover what was lost.)

Heya all, I see some nice charts here congrats !

GBP for me is 3 states on 4 "quarters" simple PA trading. A chart basically goes up, down, or nowhere ;-)

00 has a range from 10-90
75 has a range from 80-70
50 has a range from 60-40
25 has a range from 30-20

Good feeling for the thrust, but IF it moves out of these ranges, it is most likely to move to another.
PA with mini Supply / Demand, no MAs used.

Thank you you for your input Tony but it seems to me me all the bullish moves have come about maybe because of the US holiday yesterday. It wouldn't surprise me if New York makes it look bullish and then go the complete reverse and sends the bears in strongly. My fingers are crossed for that outcome

I have a Sell trade now. My last of the day. My entries today have all been poor entries and I'm lucky that I didn't lose any pips. This entry is not good either, but perhaps I will get something.
