We are in the same situation, but I took out my trades for the longer term. Earlier on I was +£500 but Im looking for the £ and Euro to reach much higher values against this overvalued $ My account can handle some more loss but when it gets to a critical point I will hedge, then hopefully close short for profit when there is a definate trend change and enter more longs from a much lower position and ride both GBP and EUR on Moty's when he launches them

agreed on the prediction thing but I dont think its completely random. I think of it as supply and demand and “support and resistance” but not in a classical way.

guys - this is what im expecting ...in this example - i came across the similar move on aud/jpy ...its just same pattern move..lets see in next week how it goes ..
For Comparison - i upload both the images of AUD/jpy and GBP/USD ..i see this ...this is the reason why im still holding GBP/USD

USD bullish trend continues.
The last 3 monthly candles indicate what is happening.
1. Reaction to support turned to resistance
2. Breakthrough to next resistance
3. break through and heading towards next level of resistance.

And with inflation and interest rates both tracking northwards, then why not...?

I think at some point later this year, we could see a retest of the 1.2060 region.
For me, a weekly close above 1.22 would a signal for a longer term reversal north.

Have to agreed with you with support and resistance, there is proof that the price hits a support or resistance but you never know until after the fact weather it' S/R or a breakout, again 50/50 in my eyes, what I should say is that "I" treat the markets as random, therefore eliminating any bias which doesn't cloud any of my trading decisions .....thanks for your post, have admired your live trades for a long time although not seen many of late

The 2 purple lines will be the daily pivot in coming Monday, from the past 4 trading days, I can see that the lows are going lower but unwilling to break much further down, seems the downward pressure is limited. It is likely Monday price will cross up and stay above daily pivot, turning bias to bullish once again, if it's not then continue to be a bear.

Monday is USD bank holiday, I'm going to be stay out of market and trade starting from Tuesday.
Discipline is key.

i believe it might go down for while to the 1.1455 region and up move towards 1.1636 region , because 1.1636 hasn't gave retest ( a popular support broken back then aug 30 or 31 not sure thou )

To the vast majority of retail traders the market is random. But it isn't.
Price is placed by the market maker therefore we need to play the MM game. Less thinking.
