Recession in the UK is the old news now and recession was confirmed by tge bank governer to last end of this year and the year after.
The problem pound is facing now is politicians taking over BOE power.
If the politicians take power from the Bank of England the pound could collapse and it may be a long time before it recovers.

Nothing is confident but I trade what I planed and see, waiting for market reaction but I want my 100 pips

Idk how, but sometimes, fundamentals coincide with the technicals.
But on the report release, the probability of either TP or SL is reduced to 50:50

The drop beyond the pivot looks convincing, I took Short, 2nd trade for the day. Entry 1.20471, SL 1.20826, TP 1.19938. I would monitor and keep an Alarm if price reversed and reached 1.20626, I might want to exit prematurely and switch to Long, a close at around that 1.20626 will mean V shaped recovery to the upside and bounced off support. The alarm materialized, after FOMC, structure turned bullish, and the support area 1.20466 - 1.20156 is once again supported the price, this support area was resistance from 18 July to 22 July, then as support since 27 July until now, 3 notable retest of the support are on 5 Aug, 16 Aug, and 17 Aug, breaking and close convincingly below seems unlikely.

I prematurely exited my Short, although no much difference if it hit SL, it was quite near.
Entered Long at 1.20789, SL 1.20265, TP 1.21575. Range trading from now onwards until resistance broken and confirm resume of uptrend from here.
